Welcome!
Welcome to HeartlandNetwork.net - the digital home of the Heartland Conference of IPHC Ministries. The Heartland Conference has a clear focus: to be a praying conference of church planters. Jesus Christ loved the church and gave himself for it. We’re getting very close to he heart of God when we plant churches.
The Heartland is currently celebrating its centennial year. Started in 1909, we’re 100 years young, with many more mountains to climb in 21st century ministry! We invite you to join us on this journey.
Saturday, April 10 — Southwestern Christian University
Roll Call at 8:45 a.m. — Talent begins at 9:00 a.m.
Teen Talent helps young people discover and use their ministry gifts in a spirit of humility, modesty, grace, confidence, and dignity. There are many categories, and every young person in our conference could enter in at least one! Realize, however, that most young people will not enter unless their churches, pastors, parents and leaders encourage them to do so! Find out more information by downloading the guidelines or calling and talking to Discipleship Ministries director, Stuart Sherrill.
Work continues at the Heartland Retreat Center! We're doubling the parking lot, planting trees to beautify the front view of the facilities, installing hotel-style heating/AC units in the dorms, adding a new gate, and renovating the sign at Anderson Road. More plans are in the works. We are excited that all improvements have been paid for by cash so far! Let's rejoice in what is going on!
Iron Sharpens Iron training comes to the Heartland districts twice a year. Pastors and lay leaders alike will benefit. These training sessions qualify for 3 CEUs for ministers.
