Dwight Burchett

Board Member/ Evangelism Director

J. Dwight Burchett is a member of the conference board and serves as the conference Evangelism Director. He is the founding pastor of Eastpointe Church (formerly Life Christian Center) where his son Shon now pastors. He is the interim president of Southwestern Christian University.

Dwight led Life Christian to a phenomenal growth of 1500 members. He also founded Life Christian Academy.

Dwight and his wife Mary have four children and eight grandchildren.

Debbie Burpo

Women's Ministries Director

Debbie Burpo serves as Director of Women's Ministries. She has served on the Conference WM Board for 13 1/2 years, including 9 1/2 as WM Director.

She serves as Senior Pastor of Frontline Ministries, a thriving, new church plant in Kingfisher, Debbie holds a Bachelors Degree from Southwestern Christian University with a major in Human and Family Services and a minor in Biblical Studies. She and her husband, Tim, have 5 daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Terry Lowder

Conference Missions Director

Terry Lowder is Heartland Conference Missions Director since January of 2009. He is also pastor of Northwest Christian Center in Oklahoma City. Terry is a church planter and served as assistant director of Evangelism USA from 2001 - 2006. During that time he served as director of Operations for Acts2Day Conference. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Emmanuel College and Master of Ministry degree from Southwestern Christian University. He is passionate about the Church impacting the world and reviving dead Christians. He is married to Kendra and they have two children, Rachel and Will. He enjoys family trips and golf.

Dr. Aldon Preston

Assistant Superintendent/ Men's Ministries Director

Dr. Aldon Preston serves as Assistant Superintendent in the Heartland Conference. He is also the director of Men's Ministry. Aldon pastors Starlight Ministries in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He previously served the conference as Church Education Ministries Director and Missions Director.

Aldon has one son, Pierce.

Stuart Sherrill

Board Member/ Discipleship Ministries Director

Stuart Sherrill serves as a conference board member and Director of Discipleship Ministries (formerly Church Education Ministries). He holds a B.A. from Jimmy Swaggart Bible College and a M.Min. from Southwestern Christian University.

Stuart and his wife Sheri have four children — Summer, Zack, Abby and Mark. Together they have planted two churches, the second one a PH church in Wichita Falls Texas — Lighthouse Prayer Center (now Fallspointe Church). In addition to their job assignments, Stuart and Sheri enjoy ministering to marriages.

Charlene West

Conference Hispanic Ministries Director

Charlene West was born with a family history of ministry and felt that call upon her own life. The daughter of Rev. Charles H. North, an Oklahoma pastor and evangelist, she attended Southwestern Bible College, where she met the love of her life, Rev. Russel B. West. Together, they built a dynamic pastoral and evangelistic ministry.

After Russel's death, Charlene began her twenty-two year missionary career, serving in places such as Costa Rica, Venezuela, and Colombia. Upon returning to the United States, she became the first Director of Intercultural Ministries for the IPHC. She left that position to answer God's call to establish a Hispanic congregation, Centro de Celebración, in Oklahoma City. Charlene earned a BA and an MLS from the University of Oklahoma.

Anne Youell

Conference iWin Director

Anne Youell serves along side her husband at The Crown Center as Prayer Pastor. She also has served as the Heartland Conference Win Director for 3 years. She is a previous member of the Heartland Conference Women's Ministry Board. Anne is the mother of two children, Johnny Youell. Jr. and Jennifer Webb. She also the proud grandmother of four grandchildren.
